The new ILX Connect service enables learners, managers and administrators to make the best use of their e-learning experience by providing online training support, hints and tips and additional resources like monitoring tools to help organisations get the most out of their ILX e-learning license. The service also aims to help organisations to avoid some of the classic obstacles to the successful roll out and management of e-learning programmes, which often arise through lack of planning, communication and monitoring.

Learners can access ILX Connect from home, work or anywhere that they have internet access in order to access their training and valuable support materials to assist them with their learning. Furthermore, individual learners are able to communicate with other participants from within their organisation via their home page.
