ABI Expands Asia Presence With Shanghai Office

May 10, 2014 (Powerhomebiz.net) To help both multinational and domestic companies capitalize on market opportunities in China, ABI, a leading global business-to-business (B2B) marketing public relations agency, has announced the opening of a Shanghai office to bolster its capabilities in the Asia-Pacific region. The new location will help companies address the challenges facing B2B sectors in China, which include increased market competition, global expansion, and the growth of new digital sales platforms. For example, B2B e-commerce has seen a growth rate of nearly 23% between 2012 and 2013 alone[i].

As various markets in China continue to mature, companies – both foreign and domestic – must navigate through the rising demand for superior product quality, government mandates for manufacturing and compliance, and the growing application of “big data” to supplement traditional means of customer communication. Juliet Zhu Named Managing Director, Asia Pacific

Juliet Zhu, who was recently promoted as ABI’s Managing Director for the Asia-Pacific region, will run the Shanghai office. Originally from China, Zhu started her ABI career seven years ago working from the company’s London office. Zhu has managed the firm’s Singapore office for the last five years.
