May 12, 2012 (Powerhomebiz.com) Aldonna Ambler, The Growth StrategistTM, was recently named as one of the finalists for the 2012 Leading Women Entrepreneur and Business Owners in New Jersey. This award is to recognize women who make an outstanding positive impact on New Jersey’s economic recovery.
The 2012 finalists selected are women who support numerous non-profits, employ thousands, generate millions, and represent a variety of industries. These women impact their state and local communities in a variety of ways. Their contributions led to the creation of the Leading Women Entrepreneurs and Business Owners Award, an honor open to women of New Jersey whose small businesses make a strong economic impact.
Hundreds of nominations were received from women entrepreneurs around the state, and a committee selected the initial finalists. Nominees were judged in four areas: Market Potential, Innovation, Advocacy for Women, and Community Involvement.
“I am honored to be a finalist for the Leading Women Entrepreneur and Business Owner Award,” said Ambler, “and am proud to be named among such outstanding women.”
The final honorees will be listed in the 2012 fall issue of New Jersey Monthly Magazine, and the Top 25 will be recognized at the December 2012 Recognition Evening at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
