Carrefour Financial Services is in charge of services and products linked to Pass Visa Cards, with two million card holders, together with personal and consumer loans.
Their increased transaction activity drove them to implement BPMS technology instead of increasing costs with new staff, which also ensured quality information with real time decision making.
