June 17, 2011 (Powerhomebiz.com) Andrew Denny, Managing Director of Fix-a-Form® announced that Denny Bros the parent company of Fix-a-Form International is cosponsoring a fundraiser breast cancer awareness walk on May 19, 2011. Mr. Denny said, “As part of the corporate social responsibility our parent company takes pride in the upcoming fundraiser event.
When asked to tell the details of the event Andrew Denny said, “Fundraiser events, such as ‘Think Pink Breast Cancer Walk 2011, should exceed our previous year’s cash haul. We expect to see a sea of pink on Thursday, May 19, 2011 and the walk on the Westside event for Breakthrough Breast Cancer hopes to beat previous year’s record of £4,000. We also expect more 100 walkers to walk the event. We are proud that Denny Bros Group will be one of the sponsors and our Commercial Director Graham Denny said that backing the cause of breast cancer wasn’t a difficult decision to make and it’s a good cause to be the main backer.”
When asked about details of the walk Denny said, “The walk would start at sharp 9:30 am at Ickworth House and the registration for the same would start from 8:45 am itself. Walkers can choose either 4 or 11 miles walk through the grounds. The registration would cost £30 and the participants will be given a snack and lunch besides coffee and water. We don’t have any reservations on participants bringing dogs for the event provided they see that dogs are on leads. Participants bringing dogs should clean up before they leave.”
