In the year 1956, Lala Duli Chand Aggarwal embarked upon the journey in the business of Basmati Rice with a vision to consolidate the fragmented Basmati Rice industry. In 1988, Mr. Narender Aggarwal, elder son of the founder, joined the business with a clear vision to take the company to a global level and to shoulder the responsibilities of the family business.
In the year 1992, Mr. Surender Gupta, younger son of the founder, also joined the business and contributed towards the strategic planning. The business accelerated with the participation of both the sons. In 1996 the company lost its founder Lala Duli Chand Aggarwal.
In order to foot-steps the vision of their father, Mr. Narender Aggarwal and Mr. Surender Aggarwal continued the success story and converted this firm into Private Ltd. Company.
Year 2000 onwards the company started its direct exports besides its existing domestic business and in the same year, the company suffered heavy loss with the sad demise of Mr. Narender Aggarwal. Fulfilling the legacy of family Ms. Kanta Gupta stepped forward to join the business for continuing the success of the company.
Since then the company has continuously strived towards meeting the defined goals. It went on increasing its production capacity year on year, with the best available technology supplied by world leader companies.
