February 20, 2011 (Powerhomebiz.net) Integrity Consulting today announced its nomination for the Frederick County Business Ethics Awards. Presented by The Rotary Club of Carroll Creek and sponsored by the Frederick News Post, Integrity has been named as one of the six final nominees. The awards program honors businesses that have promoted ethical conduct for the benefit of the workplace, marketplace, environment and community.
In November 2007, Integrity was founded to change the nature of consulting by providing the strongest business ethics and professional execution of services, conveying a new model for success. It’s built on the principle that doing the right things for both clients and internal staff always comes first. Independent thinking and straight talk base the trusted advisor role that Integrity has with its clients, putting integrity into everything it does.
“I have not yet met a representative from Integrity who did not embody the company name: Integrity,” said a State Official. “When we need to reach outside our borders, we have been lucky enough to intersect with companies like Integrity who bring us experience and the ability to adapt to an ever changing working environment.”
Integrity stands out in the community due to its acting mission of “doing the right things, and doing things right.” Integrity strives to make a positive impact with its clients and in the community. Leading by example and operating in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect has allowed Integrity to shine as a standout organization, and to also be involved across several community organizations. Integrity is a substantial supporter of non-profits in the region.
“I have worked with the Integrity team in the past and would hire them again in the future,” said Peter Buckwalter, former IT Director of Infrastructure and Operations, Endo Pharmaceuticals. “It is refreshing to see an organization live up to its name, in this case, of the highest Integrity. Our relationship is based on mutual trust and respect, and an understanding that we were all working together toward a common goal.”
Integrity is managed within a strong team environment with accountability for excellence and professionalism. A top-notch group of loyal, talented and energetic consultants and engineering professionals make up the Integrity brand, living its mission everyday.
Nominee entries for the Frederick County Business Ethics Award will be judged by an independent panel of judges representing both business and academia. Nominees will be honored at an awards dinner on Friday, March 18 where winners will be announced.
