Speed Up Windows With WinUtilities 7.0

winutilitiesApril 28, 2016 (Powerhomebiz.net) Throwing the money into upgrading hardware gives only a temporarily relief from the computer slowdown pain; after a little while, the system gets slow again. The only way to speed it up for good is to tune up the operating system.

From the moment Windows boots for the first time, it starts gathering bulky amounts of data that it may refer to again along the course of its life. And although only a fraction of that data will be actually used again and some of it has become obsolete or invalid, Windows prefers to keep it all, cluttering the hard drive and hindering the performance of the system. All it takes to recover the original performance is cutting the amount of the unnecessary data and fixing the invalid records. The problem is that Windows doesn’t provide sufficient tools for doing that. Fresh users often can’t find even the tools that are available and tend to reinstall the operating system from scratch or upgrade their hardware.

The system repair and optimization issue can be resolved with the WinUtilities suite. Version 7.0 of the suite includes over 20 comprehensive tools for improving the computer’s performance. The software doesn’t require any special knowledge; even beginners can use it with ease. The control application can reside in the memory at all times, showing its icon in the system tray and calling the required utilities upon pressing a hotkey, clicking a mouse button or by a user-defined schedule.

WinUtilities 7.0 cleans cluttered registry and fixes registry errors, gets rid of duplicate, redundant and obsolete files on the hard drive, defrags fragmented data, gets rid of unnecessary browser helper objects, fixes invalid shortcuts, optimizes memory, protects sensitive data. Also included are system management utilities: File Undelete – for recovering deleted files on NTFS and FAT volumes, File Splitter – for splitting files into smaller pieces and assembling those into the original file, File Shredder – for wiping out sensitive data, EXE Protector – for protecting executable files with secure passwords, System Control – for tuning up configuration files, system folders, system properties, and opening control panel applets without the administrative privileges.

WinUtilities 7 is fully compatible with all major editions of Windows, including 32-bit Windows XP, 64-bit Vista and Windows 7.
