TweetAngel – We Make Sure Your Business Is Safe on Twitter

March 12, 2012 (Powerhomebiz.com) What is TweetAngel:

TweetAngel is a Twitter monitoring service built specifically for small businesses like restaurants, cafes, and other brick-and-mortar mom-and-pop shops.
Instead of the an application like TweetDeck and HootSuite, or heavy-duty solutions like Radian6, TweetAngel has taken a completely different approach to helping small businesses with their presence on Twitter. We do it the good ole’ fashioned way:

Whenever an unsatisfied customer posts a negative tweet about the business, a TweetAngel representative will call-up the business owner – yes, on the telephone.
Then, depending on the service package chosen, the business owner will either reply back directly to the unsatisfied customer, or dictate a reply over the phone to a TweetAngel representative. The reply will be tweeted out under the business’ own Twitter account.

Think of TweetAngel as ’Twitter insurance’ in the sense that we help small businesses make a save with unsatisfied customers.

(Note: TweetAngel is available for US customers only at the moment.)

Why We Created TweetAngel:

While one of the more popular uses of Twitter is to make customer service complaints, no real adequate solution has been offered to small businesses. Many want to engage on Twitter, but are handicapped by limited time and resources to do so effectively.

Sure, startups have taken to the challenge of delivering social management solutions for corporate, more tech-savvy businesses. However, small businesses – particularly brick & mortar – are left behind when it comes to products and services that can help them deal with these new ’social’ business challenges such as handling a customer service complaint on Twitter.

We could have created TweetAngel as yet another social-CRM product, but knew that would be the completely wrong approach. Mom & Pop Shops have different needs. They’re too busy making cappuccinos and baking pizzas – busy focusing on running their business. Even though they know they should, they simply don’t have the time, resources or skill-set to ’monitor’ social feeds.

This is why we designed our dead-simple service with ’Tim’s Pizza’ in mind, not ’Pizza Hut’.

Within minutes, any small business owner can ensure that whenever anyone tweets something negative about their business, they will be made aware of it, by telephone.
For small businesses, making a save on Twitter has never been, and cannot be any simpler than with TweetAngel.
How Does it Work:

All a small business owner needs to do is fill-out a short form that includes details such as: Business Name, Address, Contact Person and Telephone.

That’s all there is to it.

The team over at TweetAngel then goes over these details to make sure that they can indeed monitor effectively for the business name (some business names can be too generic). The team adds variations of the business name to monitor for. For example, for ’Tim’s Pizza’ TweetAngel will also monitor for ’Tims Pizza’.

Once approved, and using some nifty technology, TweetAngel begins to continuously monitor for negative tweets that mention the business name.
Whenever we come across a negative tweet, a TweetAngel representative will call up the contact person on file and notify them – yes, by telephone.
With our ’Basic’ package the business will reply back itself.

With our ’Complete’ package, a reply can be dictated over the phone to a TweetAngel representative who will post it under the business’ official Twitter account.

Features:
TweetAngel was built for simplicity because small business owners need to manage their business, rather than manage an application. As such, there is neither an admin panel, nor is there a login. There’s just the sign-up form to fill out.

For any questions or account issues, customers simply email us at support@tweetangel.com and we take care of their needs. We want them to focus on running their business, not ours.

Pricing:
• Basic: $19.95/mo ($0.66/day)
• Complete: $29.95/mo ($0.99/day)
• Special Introductory Offer: The ’Complete’ for $9.99/mo ($0.33/day)
All Packages are 30-Day Free Trial  www.tweetangel.com
