December 26, 2011 (Powerhomebiz.com) ZICA (Zee Institute of Creative Art), an active player in promoting the growth of animation industry in India, has taken another step towards making it easier for young talented students to fulfill their dreams of being a great animator. With the introduction of the ‘Zee Scholarship‘ by ZICA, talented students can now get up to 100% scholarship for admission at any ZICA center across India.
This is the second time ZICA is rewarding performance with the Zee Scholarship campaign. This year, aspiring animators can begin applying for the Zee Scholarship from the 14th of November, 2011. This scholarship is offered across all the ZICA centers in India and is valid for all the courses offered. The scholarship amount is based on the Zee Scholarship Exam which has to be taken by the students to be eligible.
The Scholarship exam not only tests the students‘ creative abilities, but also their enthusiasm and motivation to become an animator. With a unique question paper prepared for this purpose and a personal interview following the test, the candidates are evaluated thoroughly to ensure that they are awarded what they deserve.

The scholarship covers only the tuition fees. The exam has 2 sections, practical and theoretical. In the practical section, the students are tested on their ability to translate their creative thoughts on paper. In the theoretical section, the students are evaluated to see how enthusiastic they are to be a part of the animation field and their knowledge about the animation field.
The scholarship is purely based on the Scholarship exam. Since the exam consists of practical and theoretical sections which is followed by a personal interview, it ensures that all aspects of a student‘s creativity are well judged. http://zica.org/index.asp
