Access Motivational Technologies Forges New Territory in Neuromarketing

July 3, 2011 (Powerhomebiz.com) Access Motivational Technologies (http://www.accessmotivate.com), the innovative company that combines traditional multimedia with the latest behavioral science research and techniques, has announced the formation of their new subsidiary, Access Media Lab (http://www.accessmedialab.org).


By combining their talent for multimedia and their passion for behavioral science, founders William and Farris Fort created the proprietary technology called “Neurocasting”, which promises to reach and engage audiences like never before. “This technology puts us at the cutting edge of media, particularly of new media,” says CEO William Fort, adding that “it promises to cut through the clutter in an oversaturated advertising environment and deliver a richer, more nuanced emotional message.

The creation of Access Media Lab comes after a lengthy career in film and multimedia. For nine years, Fort was the principal behind Fourth World Media, a film and multimedia production house. Before that, he worked on big budget effects films such as the ‘Fifth Element’ and ‘Judge Dredd’. Five years ago, he decided to take his interest in the behavioral sciences to the next level and get a formal education, which eventually led to the formation of Access Motivational Technologies, and then to Access Media Lab.

multi-media-lab Although still in its infancy, Access Media Lab has built up an impressive stable of talent, including a creative team of directors and producers that are also psychologists, hypnotherapists, and psychoanalysts. It is this insight, Fort believes, that gives Access Media Lab the competitive advantage. “Our work is designed to resonate with people on a level far beyond ordinary multimedia,” he says. Neuro-scientific discoveries over the past two decades have provided us with new insights into the operation of the human brain and has revealed to us what a significant role emotions, narrative, and metaphor play in our understanding of the world. We have created a unique team that applies these new understandings in a very practical way.

Currently, Access Media Lab is working in the cutting-edge field of alternative energy, and making inroads into the ever-changing field of political advertising. “The potential of Neurocasting in political advertising is huge,” says Fort, “we have the ability to make an issue or candidate really connect emotionally with the average voter.”

But the innovations aren’t over yet, says Fort, “we’re only at the tip of the iceberg―the next twenty-five years are going to be huge in Neuro-scientific exploration. The human brain is truly the final frontier.”
