Hand shaking is not the point I think. These days, in a gbloal world we ahve to realize there are cultures tht do not shake hands. AND I meet more and more people these days that just prefer NOT to- me included. Have I had a man make the assumption that I am not the head honcho ? Absolutely. BUT I have had more WOMEN stereotype me before they talk to me. More WOMEN call me a BITCH. More WOMEN not wanting to do business with me, because they don’t like me. MORE women back stab me. more WOMEN demean me because of my success. So what have I learned? Be bigger then they are, brighter, wow them. Make them later wonder who was that woman? Demonstrate to them my value. Hold my character, and never stoop to their level. I’d never stereotype a whole group of people like this post does. My friends and family include these guys you group together in this post. I wonder how they would feel reading this knowing they have huge respect for women and especially strong women in powerful roles.
