As per the new changes the applicants must have at least one year of paid work experience to qualify for the Federal Skilled Worker Program. Furthermore, the list will remain the same for the next 12 months and only fewer applications will be accepted for processing. Besides as per the changes as on July 1, 2011, only 500 applications will be accepted per occupation and only 10,000 applications will be considered in total for the next 12 months.
