Both are essential ways to spread the word about your business. Having a strong message online and with large format banners is a sure way to get inside your public’s mind.

You should weigh the pros and cons of each option before making your decision. POP banners are great for specific specials and deals like “buy one get one” or a menu prefix. When choosing online advertising you also have options. You can pay for advertisements on the basis of clicks or views. You can pay more to have your ad features in prime sites or pay less to have more ads on more, smaller sites. This can be overwhelming for some businesses but it can easily be divided into a number of smaller, more manageable tasks. First you need to put aside your budget for digital and banner advertisements. Make sure to factor in costs like design and placement. Next, design your online and banner ads. Then execute your ad campaigns and watch the results. Monitoring online ads is fairly easily because monitoring software is usually built into the advertising systems. You can also install advertising software on the your website yourself.

Determining the success of banner ads can be a bit harder. A good start can be advertising one project or service with a large format banner and seeing how much demand for that particular service or product increases.
