Project Audio Visual can now install the Crestron Capture LiveHD which has answered Alcon Laboratories’ call for a high quality meeting and capture solution. The leading audio visual provider has built up an enviable reputation in the industry, and was approached by the leading eye care company due to their extensive experience in the industry and high quality installations.
The efficient Crestron Capture LiveHD system is combined with the Digital Media Delivery system to offer an uncomplicated end-to-end method for recording, post processing and the online delivery of captured content, as well as for the straightforward switching of sources and interaction between the various labs and lecture theatre.
As part of the complete CaptureLiveHD system, the Capture HD High Definition Capture Recorder (CAPTURE-HD) provides an easy-to-use one box component allowing Alcon Laboratories to capture lectures, presentations, medical procedures, seminars and training sessions. Presenters will have a choice of multimedia sources, and they won’t be required to undertake special training.
The Capture HD base captures various formats of inputs via the Crestron Digital Media Delivery, and can record a complete presentation in full-motion HD 1080p or 720p and can upload to a network server for publishing. As a result, Alcon can now easily implement a facility-wide media capture solution by equipping every room with CAPTURE-HD recorders, which will all be centrally managed by Crestron Fusion RV Remote Asset Management Software.
